COMICS
Welcome to the center of the website - the comics section. As per normal, I am currently working on no less than five different projects, particularily the Under the Bed graphic novel. As soon as sections of them are ready for posting, this is where you'll find them.
In the meantime, check out our online projects to date. And I'd love to hear your comments in the message forum!

Beginning in 1998 Chuck Loves the World ran as a weekly, daily, or occasionally comic strip, and now has an archive of over three hundred strips. It's the story of a boy and his bizarre animal friends who are out to make his life more difficult, or so it seems, since the truth is Ratsputin, the Bug, and the worm are really just trying to keep themselves from getting bored.

The Stone Henge three-part series was first published back in October of 1994, and stands my first published work in comic book form. Yeah, okay, so I hand-made each copy myself using my high school's equipment, but each of the three issues went on to sell just over a hundred copies. Not bad for selling them in only one local comic store.

I worked on this comic pretty hardcore throughout the month of September, 2000, and then dropped it, for reasons I no longer remember. Linking it here is a sign that I want to go back and finish it. (And if you can come up with a cool title, please let me know!)

My first graphic novel project, Under the Bed started out as a made-for-the-net comic (not a comic strip). It's the story of a girl and the monsters lurking in her room. I got a little ways into it and then started to hate drawing with a mouse. But I loved the story that was about to happen enough to start expanding it into a full-fledged graphic novel. It'll be over 200 pages, and should be finished in 2004.
